We obtain personal data from you in the course of our business relationship. In addition, we process personal data about you that we receive from your use of social media, our website or other publicly available sources or that is legitimately transmitted to us by our sales agents, in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Relevant personal data are details such as surname, first name, company name, address, telephone number, email address and other contact details, data related to the deliveries and services of LANTAL including the services of the fire testing laboratory ("Data").
When you visit our website, you have the possibility to order samples and information in our webshop by means of registration and contact form. In this case, the above-mentioned Data about you will also be collected and used in the processing of your request and the execution of the contract.

III. Processing purposes

We use your Data within the scope of our business relationship, in particular for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations regarding our deliveries and services including the services of the fire testing laboratory ("Deliveries and Services").
To the extent necessary, we process your Data beyond the actual performance of the contract to protect the legitimate interests of LANTAL or third parties, e.g. to assert or defend legal claims.
